Remaining team members are to write practical ways you can serve your host missionary or national pastor before, during and after the trip?

All are to take a few minutes each day to pray for your ministry or missionary hosts in the following areas:
1.        Personal growth in their relationships to God
2.        Family life (unity, parenting, obedience, team work, witness, school)
3.        Consistency, integrity and holiness
4.        Humility in service
5.        Stamina and perseverance
6.        Financial provision

Serving Your Host - Research by One Team Member

Appoint one representative from your team to conduct research on the missionary host or ministry that the team will be partnering with on the field.  Post your answers to these questions on the discussion forum prior to the next session:

1.        What mission are the host missionaries/nationals with?
2.        How long have they been overseas?
3.        What were the requirements for them to be appointed in this role?
4.         What is their family like? Where does each family member live?
5.         What are the ages and names of their children? How about birthdays and anniversaries?
6.        What are their primary responsibilities on the mission field?
7.        If from the U.S., how often do they come home?
8.        Who do they work with (other missionary colleagues)?
